Standard Service:
Walk the entire property, both inside and out, looking for maintenance and/or security issues.
Inside Service
- Check doors and windows
- Check refrigerator/ice maker
- Check under all sinks and vanities for possible leaks/pests
- Run faucets and flush toilets
- Make sure AC is working properly
- Walk every room for possible maintenance issues
- Check for unusual dirt or dust accumulation
Outside Service
- Check for proper ground maintenance
- Check for proper pool maintenance
- Remove any papers and/or advertising from driveways, etc.
- Walk perimeter for possible maintenance issues
Additional Services
- On call to assist with deliveries
- Handle preparation for hurricanes (only roll-down or accordion shutters)
- Stock your refrigerator and pantry with grocery items per your specifications
