I'm Ellie Apuzzo. I was born and grew up in upstate NY, where I graduated from SUNY New Paltz with a BA in Communications. I owned and operated a Hearing Health Care business before setting my sight for sunny Florida.
 
While bridging the gap between NY and Florida Keys living, I purchased a rental property and had a local Real Estate Management Company oversee it. It became apparent to me, during this brief, but costly time period, that having someone you trust monitor your home is priceless.
 
For several years here, I worked for a local resort that managed over two hundred villas for private owners. It was my job to watch over and maintain the integrity of the owner's property, and I found that working with absentee owners was very satisfying for me.
