My rates are very straight forward: $30.00/week, and you choose the frequency of the inspection based on your peace of mind.
 
Assisting in deliveries $20.00 per hour, minimum of one hour
 
Shopping for groceries etc. $20.00 per hour, minimum of one hour
 
Closing and opening hurricane shutters $45.00 per hour, minimum of one hour
